We have had our car in a couple of times for different reasons. They have been wonderful to work with. The first time they found something else wrong once they got into the car. I received the call witht the news, dreading how much more they were going to charge. I a shocked they stood by their original quote. Recently our car needed to have the thermometer changed, it is in a horrible spot, they called an apologized that it was going to take a while to change it and for the amount that labor was going be. We knew when we took the car in that it was going to be ugly to change the thermometer. Shock again, the labor was less than we were expecting. I would recommend Fat Bobs.
