AMY and Carla used these recipes for years in their popular catering services in the salt lake city area. Alice converted many of these recipes into prepackaged food mixes and sold them through local boutiques and craft fairs. Alice HAD a simple philosophy in creating these products: USE only the finest ingredients. Avoid ANY harmful chemicals like monosodium glutamate (MSG). And hand craft each MIX in small batches to maintain freshness. These delightfully unique gourmet food mixes rapidly gained popularity along the Wasatch front and soon spread throughout the entire COUNTRY. AFTER Alice passed away unexpectedly in 1997. HER sister. ROSELYNE BENARD Carter. Carried on the Family business. Over the years.
