I cant stand the guy jason that works there he is terrible

Just picked my truck up & it looks better then it has in a long time, I Felt they were very honest witch I did not expect from a body shop the gentleman that helped me told me "I don't work for the insurance company, I work for you" & he kept good on his promise.... 5 stars all day long!!! Great work guys!!

Terrible body shop. Not only did our paint not match very well, but there were wires stuck in the paint all throughout. I'm not sure from what, but it looked terrible. After they repainted it and we received the car again, the license plate light cover was missing this time. It took over 2 months to get the part in again, and they refused to compensate for time and gas spent in travel to fix what should have been done correctly the first time.

I have taken my vehicles to Richie for years, and currently I have one in the shop that I just bought from VW that the sales department would not take care...big surprise right. Well Richie will make sure my vehicle is like new as always for he knows what I expect. I would not think about taking my cars or trucks to anyone else. He is fairly priced, treats you with respect for he cares about the person not the $$$$.

Very friendly, my car looked great they took care of all my questions and concerns with my car being wrecked with out any problrm kept informed threw out the repairs service was over all fantastic!!!!
