We have been here twice with our Audi and the man at the front desk was so rude and impolite. Very bad customer service. He told us our needs were not important enough to pull his guys off an important job to help us with our 5 minute job. On top of that, his customer service was horrible! We will drive out of our way to go somewhere else. Horrible!

Gephart approved????? How? I just sent my wife in to get a oil change....I know, I know, but I figured in this day and age you could send a woman to get an oil change. Not only did they change the oil they replaced a headlight, a titanium plated headlight(not really). They(VW Service) charged me 62.50 to change a 10 dollar headlight. It's not hard either, you twist off the cap, unplug the old light, plug in the new one and twist the cap back on. DONE. 2 min MAX. What a JOKE!!!!
