He is very honest with his prices and he never jacks up his prices. He is very prompt with his customer service. He even answers the phone when it is really late at night. I did not have any money because of some financial difficulties and He was kind enough to let me work out a payment plan with him. I did try out my shower and lo and behold there were no more leaks going into my washroom and the faucets do not drip anymore. He did a fantastic job. I will be happy to recommend him to all of my friends. I a saw a truck that said W plumbing on it and I cringed and felt sorry for that customer. I will say this once do not Choose Whipple to do your plumbing needs, instead Choose Crockett Plumbing.

Mr. Crockett has very reasonable prices, and he does an excellent, thorough job. When he came to my house to unclog my horrible, rusty pipes he stayed until the job was completely done, and even though it took longer than what he expected, he still stuck to his estimate. My pipes have drained perfectly ever since. He pointed out things that would need to be done down the road and gave me an idea of the cost, but didn't pressure me into having the work done right away the way some other companies do. He even quickly diagnosed the big problems I was having with a very overpriced, low quality kitchen faucet installed by a very unscrupulous company (starts with a "W" and rhymes with "nipple") I unfortunately used before I heard of Mr. Crockett. He's fantastic, and I hope I never have to use another plumber.
