I have done business with Country Cleaners for about 12 to 14 years. It is nearly 10 miles from my home. I drive by many other cleaners to come here. It has been worth the drive. I have no complaints that I can tell you about. Jessie is just about as accommodating as they come, including that he has offered to deliver my clothes to my home if I needed. If you don't use Country Cleaners you are paying more someplace else and you can't beat their schedule for having your order finished within hours of drop off. In by 10 am and out by 5 pm, something like that. Doesn't mean they won't get it wrong sometimes but I can guarantee you they try hard. No I am not related, just a satisfied customer for many years.

Always willing to make it right

Country Cleaners does a great job and the customer service is actually very good. Like any business, they may have a miss now and then. My 14 year old needed his suit clean for my older son's wedding. When I went in it wasn't done. It was a busy time and this was a stress-inducing problem. Owner, Jessie actually took my address and delivered to my home.

I used to use Country Cleaners all the time. They're the cheapest in town and even if they didn't always get the seams just right I still spent hardly anything. The day they didn't have my clothes ready by the time the advertisement on the door said I asked not to pay for those items. This was actually a small batch of clothes that I needed that night but not having them done on time really caused a problem for me because I had kids in the car that wanted to go home so I had to make an extra trip just for my shirts. So naturally I expected them to make it right. The employee said he couldn't do that and I had to talk to the owner. When I went back to talk to the owner he also refused to refund my money. I told him I would not be returning and he actually had the gall to tell me I'd be back because they're cheaper and faster than everyone else. To this day I spend $100 a month at another dry cleaner because of their poor customer service.
