Great Doctor; Terribly Unorganized Office; Horrendously Unfair Charges. Dr. Karen Boheen was calm and very knowledgeable throughout the delivery. However, her office isn't organized & couldn't figure out how to charge me my co-pay when I came in. I never received any bills from them! After I had the baby I moved to a new house. I just figured they were billing the insurance first and it was taking some time. Then I got a notice from a collection agency! How degrading! I always pay my bills right on time or early! I immediately called and found out that my original bill from the office was around $340 but now they wanted $520! I called to pay the original amount but they wouldnt take it. The collection agency says that they will reduce the charges to the original amount I owe if Dr. Karen Boheen calls and tells them to. I have left messages but she hasn't returned my calls. I even went to the office but Dr. Boheen wont talk to me. So I definitely dont recommend Dr. Boheen.
