They appear to over charge insurance companies and patients, which the insurance companies don't recognize as being valid & therefore do not pay. New Patient Charge? Double charging for annual check ups. Same for cancelling the physical that resulted in a bogus charge that was charged to the customer to the tune for over $220. Oh...they did offer a 10% discount, if you pay over the phone w/ a Credit Card. These kinds of actions are not right and are not good business practices concerning customers that are unaware of these methods of collecting unreasonable sums of money from the patient.I believe we have a valid case for the Federal Trade Commission and we will be looking for another health care facility.

If you want a reliable family doctor. Check out Dr Gary Lee in the Kaysville clinic. Our family has been with him sense he first started many many years ago. He is very patient, and really listens to what you have to say. I commend him for taking the time, even with the many patients he attends to in one day. So in short some days you may be waiting a little longer for him, but he is well worth it.

I was injured at work and I informed Tanner Clinic this case would fall under workers comp. So 4-months later I got a bill for an MRI and some other charges what come well over $2,000 and they billed my insurance NOT WORKERS COMP. Let’s say for now on I am going to Davis Hospital for now on and Tanner Clinic and shove it you now where! ! ! ! NEVER GO HERE go across the street to Davis Hospital for your needs or if they don’t have it am sure IHC will. !!!!!!!!!!!!!BOYCOTT TANNER CLINIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always researched doctors who are in my PPO insurance plan to try to get the best, well respected doctor I can. I was unable to find any reviews on Dr. Rice because I believe he is new (hence writing a review so others are aware). Since it was critical to get in to see a specialist for a knee injury I sustained as an athlete (so I could get back into the game sooner), I took a chance. It was a mistake. He spent about 2 minutes with me, ordered an MRI, and then was out of town and couldn't follow up until 2 weeks later. After that, I came back in for him to look at my MRI and say there's nothing I can do for you.. no time frame as to when to get back into the game, just to 'go by the pain'... he didn't even look at my knee.. and after being in a rush to get out the door... he poked his head back in and said, 'oh, do you have any questions?' Out the door I went... now with a huge medical bill and nothing to show for it. BEWARE!

I've taken my family here for three years now. They are consistently caring, rarely making me feel rushed. Sometimes the receptionists are cranky, but the doctors are kind and seem genuinely concerned and interested in helping patients feel better - we've never felt like a number. Only once or twice have we had to wait long in the waiting room.
