He is an incredibly rude and incompetent person who shouldn't be running a business. We were told our boots would be ready on three different occasions and they weren't. When we asked why they weren't ready when we were told they would be he was very rude and told us to come and pick them up he didn't want them in his store! Would NOT recommend! Giving 1 star because I have no choice would give zero if I could!

Dropped off a pair of boots for repair. Ruben told me it would be two weeks. I asked him to call me when he was finished because the last item I left him to work on took over 5 months. Boots were there just over a month. He SOLD my boots. He tried to tell me I abandoned them. He is a crooked thief.
