If I could actually get helped in a timely fashion, I might not have to waste my time posting this review. In saying that, it's hard to get help at Roy's. There are always people in there visiting (not purchasing), and the guys behind the front counter don't take time away from their conversation to help a paying customer. If that's not the case, there is always a phone in someone's ear. When I go into an establishment of any kind, I expect prompt service (unless there is an actual line of paying customers ahead of me). I'd rather go to Auto Zone or O'Reilly to purchase parts for my vehicle. Whether or not the price is higher, the service is exceptional, not UNEXCEPTIONAL like the (lack of) service at Roy's.

Chaos sounds like the so called mechanic that was run off for not payin his bill, and messing up more than he fixes. Roys has always been helpful to me, they will go that extra bit to get me what I need. Helps they can read a book too, the other guys wont do that

They helped me find a part for my vehicle that no one in town could even pull up in their database. They knew what they were talking about. I would rather buy from a local store compared to a corporate one. Price was a little higher on some parts but I only had to replace the part once when I purchased from them. I had to go back to AutoZone 7 times for the same freaking part that never worked! Went to Roy's got one part and have had NO Problems at all!

This store has high prices and low quality parts if you ask me. I bought a few parts from him before checking other parts stores and found many to be very overly expensive as well they looked like they came from a salvage yard instead of a parts store shelf. I feel sorry for anyone that buys from him as well the poor sap that has the mechanics shop behind the store, This store really seems shady with it's prices and the operator isn't as helpful as the guy Technician in the shop glad he helped me better find parts and fix my problems. Hope this helps others!!!
