Carpets were not clean when we moved in, and house was dirty throughout. Chane initially tried to get us, the renters to pay for the carpet cleaning even though we hadn't even moved in yet. They reluctently agreed to do it themselves after we stedfastly refused. Anytime an issue came up with the house (roofing issues), it was like pulling teeth to try to get Chance to send someone to take care of it.
