Piney Grove Middle School enrolls more than 350 students and offers classes from grades six through eight. The school offers instruction in various subjects, including mathematics, health education, English, science and technology, social studies, foreign languages, computer science, technology education, life skills, music, fine arts and physical education. The school offers sports programs, such as football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, tennis and athletics. Its library and media center has a large collection of books on various topics. The school also has a parent-teacher association that caters to the needs of the students and helps them in achieving academic excellence. Piney Grove Middle School is located in Lawsonville, N.C., and is part of Stokes County School District.
