While the people were very nice, the corporate policies are not. We ordered a mattress from Wendy's, and it ended up not being the correct size. We contacted them in minutes to let them know, and unfortunately, they would not replace it, unless we paid a 25% restocking fee.

While I am willing to pay something, 25% is outrageous, and in return, I would never shop there again.

To top it off, they don't have the correct size, so they just got hundreds of dollars for nothing. I hope they enjoy those few hundreds, as it is the last time I will buy anything from them. Hopefully others will read this and shop elsewhere.
