Founded in 1955, Rudolph Foods Company is one of the largest suppliers of pork rind products in the world. It provides smoked pork rinds and tender cracklins in the form of pellets. The company offers fried pork rinds in plain, hot and barbecue seasonings under various brand names, such as Pepe s, Rudolph s and Southern Recipe. The company also provides traditional and tender cracklins under the brand name of Grandpa John s. It maintains a 115,000-square-foot production plant in Lima, Ohio, as well as in California, Texas and Georgia. Rudolph Foods Company maintains a location in Lawrenceville, Ga.
