- EndoscopyOnce an evaluation and home sleep study determine you are a candidate for inspire then you will see an ENT physician for DISE (Drug induced sleep endoscopy) exam. During this exam, doctors will use a small camera to observe how your airway opens and closes. The airway exam process takes about 20 minutes, and once it is complete, you’ll know if Inspire is right for you.
