The Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office provides legal and prosecution services to the citizens of Gwinnett County. The office acts as a steward of public funds by managing and making the most use of public resources. The Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office has a trial division that consists of attorneys, investigators and support staff that investigate, prepare and present cases in the Superior and Juvenile Court. The office s criminal investigation division provides investigative assistance to trial attorneys, as well as outside law enforcement agencies.
