I truly dislike this store with a passion. I have been living near this store (New Hope Rd, Lawrenceville, GA) for 2 years. Every single time I come to this store, it reeks Of dust and bad lighting. The store is either a mess or it’s missing items. If I come to the store to get what I know Dollar Tree sells at other stores, this store doesn’t have it. I was at the store two days ago, Feb 25th to purchase balloons for a party. When I got to the register, the cashier said there was no helium. When I asked the cashier why there wasn’t any, she said they haven’t had any since Valentine’s Day. I was in that store at least 3 times since then. Why wasn’t there a sign on the door so customers won’t waste time coming for that item? I left the store and came back. I asked the other cashier who was checking me out, why the store was so messy? He said because they were selling products. There may have been 10 customers in the store. He turned around to tell the other cashier to shut up and don’t bring up how he does certain transactions because he’s not suppose to do it that way. The store manager walks up while I’m having the conversation and I bring up them having no helium. He says there’s a shortage everywhere. Look into all the major stores. The cashier told me I can go to Publix since I don’t get what I need there. As I’m walking away, he and the store manager began whispering. I’m sick of this store. I’m going to keep bring light to this store until they change. I shouldn’t have to drive 5 miles to the next store to get better service and better items!
