East Indiana Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with opioid use disorder. Opioid use disorder can involve an addiction to prescription painkillers, heroin, or other opioids. At East Indiana CTC, each customized care plan includes a prescription for buprenorphine, Suboxone, naltrexone, or methadone. These medications are proven to be safe and effective in managing opioid withdrawal symptoms and improving patient outcomes. MAT also involves a counseling component, which may include individual and group therapy. This gives adults a judgment-free space to process behavioral health concerns that relate to opioid use.
