Invidual psychotherapy for mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, etc. Tools and strategies to conquer emotional eating. On-going support for grief and loss matters. Relationship counseling: premarital, cohabiting, marital, pre and post-divorce, parenting skills, parent/child, and family therapies. Counseling help when there is a medical dilemma. Referrals, as needed, to meet other concerns that may be complicating your case. My office is located in a handicapped accessible building. It is well lit with adequate parking.
