They provide very good service at a very good price. They have treated my family very fair over the last five years. It is a one stop shop for all your vehicles needs.

People there or most all of them have no ASE CERT. The more instreamed in selling you junk you don't need. 2hour oil change and they always find something leaking. Most the guys there look to be on drugs. As for there education ha ha ha. I see the job postings on craigs list. they cant even whip the grease off you door.

Had a caliper bracket come loose in the parking lot I got the boat started by hand but could not get it tight so I drove a couple hundred yards over to Big O Tire and ask the mechanic to do me a favor and tighten the bolt for me one week later the caliper bolts we're both lose now and the caliper was about to fall off thank you for your help Big O Tire next time just say no if you don't want to help
