Todd came late that night in order to make sure we had water, when no one else was even willing to take a call. He still charged a minimum fee even though it was way after dark. And he followed through on all his promises. He isn't afraid of work or dirt. He is the only plumber I have found that doesn't complain about going under my house as it is low to the ground.
