The ER staff has 3 male RN's around age 45-55 and a female RN (possibly age 45-55) that are very rude and disrespectful. Very poor rapport is displayed from these four employees towards patients, other staff members, and inter-facility services. This is displayed directly in front of the patient. But other staff members dealt with in the ER are wonderful. I recommend treatment at Sacred Heart Emergency Department. Also, I have family that's had surgery there. They speak very highly of the OR employees.
