Peerless cleaned a suit for me. It was only the 3rd time the suit was cleaned. When I got the suit back the fabric was "crinckly". When I took it back to them I was told that the fabric was seperating from the lining and that it was something that happened occasionally and that it was the fault of the suit; not the cleaning. They cleaned it again (for free) but the result was the same and they did not accept responsibility for the problem; the suit was ruined. The suit was not inexpensive; about high-medium quality. I've talked to sales people in clothing stores and they've never heard of suit fabric seperating from the lining. Peerless also laundered some shirts for me (at the same time) and I did not have problems with them. I don't know if the problem with the suit was due to something they did or not but it had never happened to me before and I've been having suits cleaned for 40 years. I will not be using Peerless again.
