I love this place. I live in Lavon and I have been getting pizza here for years. The quality is always consistent (good) and the service is the same.

I was excited to know that there's delivery service to my area, I always had to drive to wylie to pick up pizza, but after my experience last night, I rather take my business somewhere else.
I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 salads. my salads came without dressing and on my half of one of the pizzas I had asked for no jalapenos but it tasted spicy ( like they had put them and then taken them off) , I couldn't eat it, and I couldn't eat salad either! so I decided to call, I spoke to Rex? he said he would have someone bring me some thousand island dressing, I said I wanted ranch . but when it came to the pizza he said " I made it myself " but the pizza was spicy! and I can't eat spicy ! " and you order the pizza with jalapenos on the other half?" he said ! I always ordered it like that from all pizza places and never tasted spicy, then he said" well, I can have someone bring you thousand island right now, I make my pizzas from scratch and put some ground pepper on it , I can make you a medium pizza like you want it but don't compare me to pizza hut, and I'll have someone bring you some thousand island for your salad " I want ranch I said for the 3 rd time, if he wasn't arguing he'd have listened, I'm going to eat just the salad since there's pepper on his pizzas, can I just have a pizza with jalapenos for my husband then?," I'll put the jalapenos on the side" no! I'm going to eat the salad , my husband eats it with jalapenos " I don't want to take any chances" please put jalapenos on the pizza. He proceeded to tell me that he has customers that just want to get a free pizza so he was going to deliver it himself and he wanted the pizza I hadn't eaten , I said ok, a few minutes later the same delivery guy showed up, not the manager, I gave him the more than half of the pizza that I didn't eat and took the dressing and the pizza. To my surprise, the pizza had no jalapenos!!!! and he didn't even send them on the side!!! so I called and he Hung up!!!! I'll never go back.
