It's nice to have a place like this when ur a busy mom of 4 and sometimes it's impossible to get to them to their reg. pediatrician. I really like that it's all walk ins because when ur kids r sick u don't want to have to wait for an appointment or worry ur running late cause ur child is throwing up. U want to go on ur terms and when its convenient. I've been there several times with sick kids and physicals for sports. It's a lot shorter wait time to be seen at Med Ex. then the hospital (which I do not like). We're usually in and out in, maybe an hour at most. I've had one incident there that the doctor kept getting my daughters mixed up and I was afraid of the doctor mixing up their prescriptions, but that didn't happen. I had a nurse double check.

I went to med express due to the inability to get into my child's regular pediatrician. It ended up being a terrible experience with no beneficial outcome. The visit took at least 1 1/2 hours, with the actual assessment and diagnosis taking maybe 15 minutes. My child was misdiagnosed and under treated. I later ended up going back to her pediatrician to get the treatment she needed. This experience ended up being both a waste of time and money. Take my advice and go to a real doctor.
