Scotland High School, founded in 1967, has various departments, including business, finance and marketing, health sciences, leadership and public service, and engineering and trade skills. The school s curriculum includes science and technology, visual and performing arts, English, world history, earth science, algebra, and health and physical education. It provides scholarships and financial aid to eligible students. Scotland High School also has a library and a media center that provides Internet access to students. It provides counseling services to students through its guidance department. The school has an athletics department that offers students facilities for playing a variety of sports activities, including tennis, golf, baseball, softball and soccer. Additionally, it provides a band program to its students. The school has a parent-teacher association. Scotland High School is located in Laurinburg, N. C.
