Me and my husband moved in, in 2009 and stayed till march 2011. We had friendly maitance that left a note in advance when they were coming. When we had furniture problems, they fixed it within that week.Things did not break much around here.Some of the staff live their themselves and they will be there for you if you need it. Sometimes we couldn't pay rent on the first week, and they let us pay half, and then pay the rest before the month was out because my husband was a pastor and protective services, but they worked with everyone that had money problems. Its not trashy and ghetto here. I had bad neighbors on one side, but everyone in the neighborhood was friendly, many people hang out and played cards, and looked out for each other. I love how all the kids in the neighborhood look out for each other and play together. Its peaceful, friendly, and warm here. We had one big incident that happened to a lady, but it was resolved within that week with the staff and police.
