Customers BEWARE! By far the most atrocious pool service companies i ever have had the displeasure of dealing with. I hired them in the beginning of the month of June 2018 to open and come for weekly cleaning service. They gave me a reasonable quote at first, hence my decision to employ them. I quickly began to realize this was not a good decision on my part.

It took them a total of 4 visits just to open and fully clean my pool in a period of 2 weeks. I had to constantly monitor their actions otherwise nothing would get done right. I told the owner of the company, that never in the 20 plus years that ive had my pool opened and cleaned did it take FOUR VISITS just to get pool to its desired cleanliness. When he quoted me on our first meeting, he assured me the process should take no longer then 3-4 Days before i can enjoy it. This was a blatant lie.

The pool contains a waterfall extension, which as a result of their tampering with my pump and filter completely lost all pressure and ceases to function. This problem also affects my overall pumps water pressure, causing it to hinder the filter from properly cleaning water in pool. This in turn formed algae and other microbial entities to form and rise to surface of my pool.

As far as my pool's cover was concerned, they waited till the 4th visit to clean it after ive been asking them repeatedly to have it done as it is a part of the POOL OPEN SERVICE ($350.00 Charge). The worst part is, one of their employees who does stands or sits around doing next to nothing, asks me the Owner/customer to get my hands dirty and help with with the cover as they were in a rush to leave to there next appointment. On top of that, i had to provide them with my own bucket, mop, and cleaning solution for it. I helped to clean and store away the cover. Again i say, should a customer have to get their hands dirty for a service that I pay them to do?

Lastly, and perhaps the worst thing to come out of all of this, I was informed by Independent Quality Pools, LLC. on thursday June 21st, 2018 after cleaning was made, that my pool would become swim ready and safe within 24-30 hours of initial cleaning. I swam in it last, and right away began to break out in rashes and hives all over my body as a result of extremely high chlorination levels in my pool. I inform this the owner and his answer is that "I" am the liar and I am playing victim. Then, has the audacity to tell me he will come back to cure problem he caused for an additional $140.00 (Filter cartridge cleaning + regular cleaning service fee.) They basically will charge you for literally every little thing after they make an initial statement for you.

My initial quote began at $1,665 and before i knew it, became nearly $1,800 in additional charges.

If you are looking for a pool service and have had the patience to read the above detailed review, then you most know as well as i do by now that i have terminated any future business with these thieves.
