Laurel-Concord School Superintendent administers the Laurel-Concord Public Schools District. The district, established in 1883, provides education to more than 300 students in grades kindergarten through 12. The district offers various subjects as part of its curriculum, such as English, life science, mathematics, social studies, industrial technology and Spanish. Additionally, the district provides special education classes for students with learning disabilities. It offers various sports activities to students, including basketball, golf, track and field, volleyball, football, cross country and wrestling. The students are involved in a wide range of extracurricular activities provided by the district, such as art, theater, band, chorus, science club, student council and the National Honor Society. The district is located in Laurel, Neb.
