Laurel Middle School, affiliated to Laurel Public School District, offers education to more than 350 students in grades six through eight. The school s curriculum offers various subjects, including English, Spanish, history, mathematics, social studies, science, computers, and health and physical education. The sports activities offered by the school include football, wrestling, basketball, track and field, cross-country, baseball, and skiing. The various clubs offered by the school include adventure, chess, fishing, grandparents, art, astronomy, mathematics and snow sports clubs. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities to students, such as student council, the National Honors Society, science fairs, choir festivals, spelling and geographic bees, and school newspaper. The school also has a parent teacher association that offers support services, and organizes fund-raising events. Laurel Middle School is located in Laurel, Mont.
