Asked them to mount and balance my tires to a new set of rims and they looked at me as if I were speaking a different language.. After the fourth time I was asked what needed to be done I physically showed them on the truck the man running the front desk said "those rims are wide" I pointed out they were the factory rims and the same depth as what was currently on the truck to which he responded "what was it you wanted done again?" I told him nothing and left I had it done 3 blocks away at half the cost and they understood the first time
