where do we start... think twice before you use this company as the "adminstrator" is not sympathetic to your lose of a loved one. They are only interested in receiving their payment before you even take care of the dearly departed. The "adminstrator" is rude & threathening all while making false accusations without any substantiations or reading emails correspondences nor does she believes in apologizing. They have given my family more grief than I care to discuss here. Enough said... you are better off starting elsewhere. The whole drama could have been avoided but she does not have time for that.
