Founded in 1979, Epworth Christian School serves students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school s preschool program serves children between the ages of 3 and 4. It helps to develop spiritual, language and personal growth in children, as well as offers classes in reading, math, science and writing. Its elementary and middle schools curriculum includes Bible studies, art, music, language arts, history, math, science, Spanish and computers. Epworth Christian School provides several sports activities, such as volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball and baseball. The school also offers various before- and after-school care programs. Located in Laurel, Del., it is a ministry of the Central Worship Center.
