Excellent service. Rolando was at my house for 5h and carefully cleaned everything. The house even smells differently. We brush cleaned all the ducts, sanitized them and cleaned the 2 blowers. Highly recommend!

I called around for a bunch of different quotes for a new A/C recently and these guys were the first to respond. Tech Efrain was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very straight-forward and knows his craft and that's hard to come by these days.

My AC stopped working and I called Cool Air USA to come to my house and inspect the unit. Jr who came to handle this job was very professional, knowledgeable and patient.

Don't call Cool Air USA unless you want to be treated poorly and insulted by their management (General Manager Adam). I have spent well over $4,000 on my system and they have has to come out twice in less than 12 months of install. Their Techs did their job and fixed it eventually but when it came to talking about facts, Adam went so far as to scream at me and insult me as a customer. Thankfully, there are plenty of companies who work to earn their client's trust and business with A/Cs. This is just not one of them. I will never use them again and would recommend against them in the future based on my poor experience. It's just not worth it. Hope this helps someone who needs this type of service so that they won't have to go through what I did.

Great company service my unit while I was out of town had my housekeeper there felt very secure and safe with them in my home my housekeeper told me they were always working never slacked off even though I wasn't there

Cool Air USA was as good as I have expected. We lost our A/C and they sent a technician past 9 in the evening. He didn’t return home until he didn’t finished that job. By the next day, he called back to see if everything is well. Good company and good service for me.

I’m new here in Florida and I’m not keen on the HVAC companies here. I called this particular place for a needed air-con repair but they gave me an estimate of $800. That was too much for me. I called Cool Air and they gave me an estimate of $500. That’s $300 of savings.



They sent me good and timely guy who fixed my air-con right away.
