Both my son and daughter went to this practice and they each had extensive dental work done as they had big dental problems. However, my daughter, normally a notably brave girl, was traumatized by her experience at this practice. She has a series of cavities and the practice overlooked the most serious tooth, leaving it for last. When they went to treat that tooth, it was so infected that it had to be extracted. It was a traumatic experience for her. We have since moved to another state and are working with a dentist that has helped restore my daughter's confidence in dentists and has also pointed out the inferior quality of work performed by Capital District. It is not my nature to give negative reviews but in this case I feel that it is important to share an experience of someone who was once impressed with the professionalism of this office, the nice waiting room, etc.

Wonderful, understanding and caring people. We have two kids who have autism and the folks here are well versed in working with children who have special needs. If you have kids with challenges this is the place to bring them.

Staff and doctors are very knowledgeable about children and their needs. YOU HAVE TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT.
