Located in Las Vegas, Ferron Elementary School is an educational institution that enrolls students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. It employs a staff of more than 50 teachers and paraprofessionals, including speech therapists, psychologists, counselors and physical education instructors. The school offers classes in various subjects, such as reading, writing, math, science, social studies and English. It provides basic learning sessions in music, choir, and arts and crafts. Ferron Elementary School also organizes skating nights, music shows and field trips and celebrates Picture Makeup, Super Kid and Memorial Days. In addition, it publishes a monthly newsletter. The school is a part of the Clark County School District, which owns and operates several elementary, middle and high-level educational institutions.
