I am happy with the ups company. because there lost my mother day's gift from my daughter there went to the wrong place I did not get the gift I went to place of ups in north martin l king Blvd Las Vegas N V 89106. my heart ids breaking because I did not get gift I am Katrina A Bosco

Pathetic facility with irresponsible employees. I don't understand their business plan. I guess they are so big they just can't fail. I really wonder how they manage to deliver so many parcel to the wrong address on a daily basis. Amazing.

This time it came through Alaska, arrived in Las Vegas (the final destination), then was scanned back to Alaska by mistake. Now I have to wait two days for my package to com back to Las Vegas. Their service is very bad. I receive packages form outside of the country 3 times a year. Each time the packages are temporarily lost or mis-delivered. This time it came through Alaska, arrived in Las Vegas (the final destination), then was scanned back to Alaska by mistake. Now I have to wait two days for my package to com back to Las Vegas. The Las Vegas location agent says "Oh Well". I guess they are used to it..so ia mistake doesn't bother they!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Should've been 0-starred because of the appalling lack of customer service and negligence from this center! Attempted to deliver a package that required a signature twice, both times at 1:30 in the afternoon (because the average working American is at home at 1:30). Paid $6 to resched for a specific date so both my husband and I can take the time off to wait for this package between 9am-7pm (not exactly a 2-hr window); only to find during our 4th inquiry at 7:30pm, after being told the 3 previous times it was "in transit" that the package never made it on the truck for delivery. After 45 mins of waiting to speak to a supervisor who then contacted the supervisor at this branch was it established that the package was scanned to be delivered, however, never made it on the truck. THEN we were told that the package would be redelivered the following day (Saturday before noon). 2 customer service reps and 1 supervisor later, still no package. Quality Assurance: Disappointing.

Doesn't appear to be concerned in giving messages to hometown offices. Drivers should be able to come back the next day with your packages, instead of the customers having to chase their packages. I'm not satisfied with the overall customer service.
