Great dealer ship great deals great people I can't believe those people had a bad experience but as you know you can't make everybody happy. I had a great experience they got approved within minutes. I RECOMMEND GO THERE....

I wish I would have found them earlier. I have gone to so many used car dealerships n they nvr made u feel comfortable. I was taken care of very well n fast. They worked as a team n in abt 2 hrs I was outta there w my new used car. Wen ever I have a problem all I gotta do is call n they take care of it. Thank u Universal Auto! Ur the best

This place is a joke to buy a car more then half the cars in the lot are broken and need alot work . High end cars leaking oil when I bought my cl600 from them .

Granted they got me into a vehicle 6 months ago with false pretenses of being taken care of with an almost 3 year warranty! What an flippin joke they are. If I wasn't satisfied with the company that I'm financing the loan from I would take the car back and tell them where they could shove it and the warranty. Trust me when I say they r a rip off, u go there hoping to have the issues u are having will b addressed an they belittle you an make u feel like u want something for free...really, because I pay for it, but why should I when it's supposed to b covered under warranty. Before I drove off the lot when the car was purchased I realized that the stereo had no light, therefore u could not tell what station the radio was on. We were told the part would hav to b special ordered an would call us when it came in. Ok fine, sum time went by I called about it, an of course, all of a sudden nobody knew what I was talking about, seriously let's b grown ups. Either ur gonna or ur not. But don't tell me you r going to do something and act like u never said it. Like I said, JOKE! Set up an appointment to see why the car I purchased said it had A/C and it ran cold when we tested it, it was also November so of course it was gonna run cold, but now that it's hot an need it, it don't work. So I get there the morning of my appointment and they said I didn't have one and told me I could leave the car and they would get to it when they had a chance, I asked how long, he said at least a day...really? JOKE! And hopefully nobody has to talk to the mgr, what a idiot...if u want to b belittled go for it. But I'm sure I make more money than he does while he made me feel like I wanted something for free. Guess what Universal Auto of Las Vegas Nevada, I DON'T NEED ANYTHING FROM YOU, YOU CAN TAKE UR SO CALLED SALES PEOPLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF, MANAGERS AND JOKE OF A WARRANTY AND SHOVE IT WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE, I will take my business elsewhere gladly. I'd rather pay an expensive repair shop than hav to deal with any of you again....THANKS FOR NOTHING! I will share this experience with everyone I know or meet and also with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

They are very honest they helped me with some repairs and did not run around the problem they told me what it was wrong and i had my car all fixed by the next day. This is good because last car place told me sorry car is as is and i was stuck making payments on a broken car. They all really care about the customers. Great inventory too they have suvs, sedans and lots of sports vehicles.

These Guys r good. I got a Mustang and I have bad credit!!!!! I recommend this place if your credit aint the greatest. Also, they have a lot of nice cars like BMWS and Mercedes...

I went all over town to try to find a place to finance me on a nice used car. Everywhere with decent quality cars turned me down, and the place that approved me wanted to sell me junk. When I went to Universal Auto I though I was going to get turned down again because of how nice their cars are. After speaking with the finance department, they were able to get me approved for a Mercedes Benz and I was able to drive off that same day with the car. The car has been great so far and I have to say that I am pleased with my experience with this place. I would buy here again.
