Only shop I allow to work on my truck. A highly experienced team with amazing shop! I have had everything from a simple oil change to a new transmission done and never had any problems with the staff or repairs!

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their service. They had my truck for ONE MONTH(exactly 4 weeks). I placed at the very least 30 calls to their shop, over the 4 week period, just to try and get updates since they had it so long. Probably only 4 or 5 of my calls were answered during the entire 4 week period, and I NEVER received a return call from them, even after having left messages. I had to get lucky and call at the right time for them to answer. The problem ended up being the fuel pump, and a fuel relay module. We discussed putting an after market upgraded Air Dog system on it which they highly recommended. So I agreed to it. The one call I did get was to come pick it up. Cost was roughly $1,000. Their website advertises $89 an hour shop rate, I was charged $95 an hour. Before I got the truck home, I could smell diesel as I was driving down the road. I stopped and opened the hood to see diesel fuel all over the engine compartment. I called them immediately and of course got no answer. When I got home I took a closer look and found that the old line that they supposedly "capped" was leaking diesel everywhere because they stuck a bolt in it with a hose clamp(didn't work guys). I'm not even sure why there would still be any pressure on that line, they told me it was bypassed. Additionally they mounted the Air Dog system on the frame where it actually hangs down below everything else. I asked about that, and said that I thought it was going to be a problem(for clearance). The response I got was, "do you go four wheeling a lot?". In my 4 wheel drive truck??? Yes I do, that's precisely why I bought a 4 wheel drive. I will find a better spot to mount it myself. I don't have another month to wait without my truck. Also, the Air Dog system they installed is so loud, I can actually hear the pump while I'm in the cab, over my Cummings diesel motor while it's running. I think everyone knows how loud a Cummings is. It's even louder and more noticeable when you're standing outside next to the truck. I realize UDP doesn't make the pumps, but they might want to consider a better location for mounting it, if it's that loud. The only good thing that did happen, is that they sent a tow truck to pick up my truck free of charge. I've had complete transmission rebuilds, and engine replacements done in a fraction of the time, with better quality of work. I had heard they do quality work at UDP, but I can't even agree with that. In my opinion they did a poor job on the Air Dog installation. I WON'T BE BACK. It was an OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE.

Absolute Best!! I have 2 Dodge Cummins Trucks for my company and I have been to a few shops in town, including the dealership. I have to say that I am 110% happy with the work Underground Diesel has done for me and my trucks. Great service, Professional guys, and they have a passion for the diesel industry. This is truly a top notch shop! Very confident and knowledgeable staff that takes pride in their work. Service area is clean and organized, my truck had protective fender covers on it while service was being performed to avoid any blemishes. These guys are awesome! The first time I brought my truck in I got EFI live and the tunes were great, everything that was expected. Later on down the line I got my headstuds, headgaskets, FPR, EGR delete, and a bigger set of 5 tunes and man did they give me a smokin' deal! They also got it done in a very timely fashion and haven't had one problem since. I also got my stage 4 allison built here and they run a crazy cheap special of 3850 out the door (it only took them 2 days also!) My truck is so smooth now and at the same time has power that is consistent. No BS here with any of my service or the quality of the work done. Pretty soon I am looking forward to them putting a lift pump in and turning my duramax into a 12 second truck! I will always call these guys for parts and service and I would recommend any one to them. They are very confident in their word and take alot of pride in everything they do. I really can't thank these guys enough for what they have done for me!

Brought my f250 in to get some maintenance. Tranny fluid change, radiator fluid change and fuel filter change. The fuel filter was the one piece. So the top is attached to the filter. When I got home I looked under the hood and the top on the fuel filter was all dusty. Don't know how all the dust would be on there if it was just replaced. I called and they insisted they replaced. Hopefully the other services were done. Who knows. They seemed nice enough. But I can't be sure anything was done.

This shop is top notch. These guys have done a lot of upgrades to my 2001 Cummins. Edge Juice w/ attitude CTS, AFE cold air intake, Turbo back exhaust, Airdog II lift pump and full built ATS transmission to name a few. They'll be doing injectors and a turbo next. UDP is very knowledgeable and will fully explain everything you'll need. Unlike other shops that try to sell you anything just to make a buck. They have a clean shop and friendly staff. These guys will even invite you out to the track and you can witness first hand what their truck are capable of. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.
