UPS delivery is totally unreliable and the drivers to east las vegas are liars.. I have lived at the delivery address for 10 years. UPS packages are delivered to the Boulder Palms office. It was not delivered to the office or my apartment yet the driver wrote I moved. The write up said he got in touch with me for a new address He did not but so he listed me again as moved. I called customer service and was assured the packages(2) would be delivered on Friday. One was delivered. Another call to customer service said the 2nd package would be delivered Tuesday. On Monday I recieved a post card stating "we are unable to deliver this package(s) because RECEIVER MOVED, NOT DELIVERED". To show how dumb UPS is, they mailed it to the same address they said I moved from threatening to send it back if I did not pick it up in 2 days . The incompetent driver to this apartment complex caused three T Mobile phones to be returned &me picking up several items at Arby street. He shold be fired
