I have lived here 4 years. The best place ever. Clean, quiet and animals allowed. No Hasses and if you call maintenance they are always here in 20 minutes.

Terribly managed!! Disgusting maintenace men,caught one peeping in a young ladys window,caught like a deer in head lights,he all of a sudden doesnt speak english,lmfao when i heard him speak good clean english.Abondon units hoarding stray cats.Crack heads breaking into laundry washmachine/and driers early hours in the morning,No metro,Advice dont rent Here unless its under New management,New maintenace,but still be very cautious its and complex plenty of roaches,bugs,no window,or door insultation,Ridiculous power bill just for that issues,barely to no outlets work,lmao

They really care about the people in their community. The knowledgable maintenance staff show up quickly and do whatever needs to be done to fix the issues. The accept all dogs - no breed or weight restrictions! The apaprtments are huge, clean, and the area is super convenient!
