Relieved



After searching the internet for a warm welcoming place to leave my 2 year old Siberian Husky Ky, I was lucky enough to stumble upon The Las Vegas Pet Nanny's service. I am pleased to say that the service I received from Manny Chaz was amazing. When I met him I learned he had worked at SeaWorld, training the marine mammals for 6 years prior to now working with the Las Vegas Pet Nanny. I felt relieved to leave Ky in the hands with someone with such experience, so that while I was away for business I could focus on that and not worry that Ky was not being taken care of. If that wasn't enough I also received pictures of Ky looking at home and very content. Thanks Las Vegas Pet Nanny your service was everything I could hope for! Ky will be seeing more of Chaz and the rest of the Las Vegas Pet Nanny team in the very near future.

We were pleasantly surprised when we met Bethany. She has a calming and comforting air about her. When our boys (3 Chihuahua's) met her their behavior towards her was reassuring of our initial feelings. We have had Bethany in our lives since November 2012. When she is sitting for us, I get 2 updates a day with pictures letting me know how the boys are doing. We look forward to the pictures as they always make us smile. The boys look good, content, and not a bit stressed. It puts us at ease knowing they are in good hands while we are away. We have been with her and the boys and witnessed the boys behavior towards her and can tell they love her. I believe our Alpha has a crush on her ;o) We are so happy we found Bethany! She is a favorite in our house...

Absolutely AMAZING! Bethany is professional, friendly, trustworthy, kind and a GREAT communicator. She has clearly set up her business per national professional pet sitting organization guidelines, and she has great company policies, procedures and customer service. Bethany sent text photos of our pets every day which was wonderful because we missed our furry kids while we were away. Bethany treated our cats as if they were her own, noticed and loved all their personalities, and she supported all their needs from treats to sink drinks. :) I'm so grateful that Bethany is our pet sitter, and as someone who doesn't trust a lot of vendors in their home, I completely trust Bethany. I also love her website and her Facebook page. It's great to see a small business take the time to use all types of media with their clients. And I know she's patient and dedicated because she shared a story of another kitty she was caring for that caused her to be "late" getting to ours. Our fat cats were just fine getting dinner late, and I was glad she was able to help her other client who's medicine was very important. She was truly meant to be in this business. Thank you LVPN!!

Finally I can go on vacation and relax. We are so fortunate to have the girs at Las Vegas Pet Nanny caring for our "four legged children." In this economy its such an extra expese to have animals. With having "a few" its crazy. Usually people wanted to charge extra per pet even when staying at our house. Its even more of a fortune to bring them to a boarding facility. One time, when they came home, they had contracted kennel cough from a sick dog staying in the place. It was a nightmare!! It end up costing us a couple hundred extra dollars in vet expenses. All the facility could say was "Well, we will pay for the antibiotics." From that point on, I wanted them to stay in their own environment and have someone come to the house. Again- On two separate occasions, we came home early from our trip. Only to find the person we hired (and paid in advance) hadn't been to the house in a couple of days. It was devistatng. I no longer wanted to take chances without interviewing or knowin the people I am leaving "my little family members with."

Right away, I appreciated how professional LVPN's were. They had questions for me, just as I did them. I felt my animals were in the safest hands with this organization. They went above and beyond anyone else we had ever hired. They text photos and even sent a video of one of our animals when they thought there might be a medical condition needing vet assistance. It was great communication.

Usually, you get what you pay for. Not in this case. I can see they are wanting it to be affordable for the average person. There prices are really great! We were so greatful, we wanted to pay them more. I think these ladies really value their jobs as well as love the animals. I say: "Tip well, its worth it!"

Nannies Bethany and Nita have been coming over every weekday for four weeks taking care of Beauregard for a couple of hours and a couple of Friday nights to keep him company while mommy & daddy have date night. Until this week, he had not finished all of his shots, and we were guarding against him picking up any illness, which meant he was on lockdown. A rambunctious 11 week old Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy doesn't like lockdown very much!



Bethany and Nita have done an amazing job with him! He has been able to socialize with and learn from other people. He can't wait for them to arrive each day. As soon as he hears the doorbell, he knows it is for him! He loves the play time, the walks he goes on now, and the guidance they give him. He is less hyper, less bitty, and more patient. He is so tired from the end of the two hours that he sleeps for three! And I benefit too from the relief knowing he is well taken care of, and I can run errands or get some work done.



Bethany and Nita work with a couple of other show dog households. They know some tricks we don't even know yet, since Beauregard is our first show dog. They have been able to get him started on some simple things like stacking for treats, which is a bonus to us! We are so grateful for the help.



Next week we will start taking Beau over to their house, so he can spend time away from home and with other dogs which love to play. You can never socialize too much! I trust them implicitly to take care of him and make sure the play doesn't get out of control. Nobody wants a show dog with a split ear! :) and they just completed a course this week in pet CPR from a nationally recognized trainer.



I admire them for continuing to educate themselves, wanting to grow into their business, and offering a broad range of services. This is the kind of small business I want to support as much as I can. Therefore, I highly recommend them for your pet! You won't be disappointed!

Frank and I are so grateful to have found Bethany and her team! They love Patsy, our Australian Shepherd, (almost) as much as we do. It is a tremendous comfort to know our baby girl is being looked after by true pet lovers who really do care and understand how wrenching it is to be away from her.



We also love getting the daily pictures Bethany sends us of playtme, naptime, etc. Really brightens our day to see Patsy having such a great time when we can't be with her. She is always so excited to visit and play with the other dogs in their care and is thoroughly exhausted after such fun play dates. We have definitely found her home away from home.



Highly recommend!

When we arrived for a "meet and greet", our Minni forgot all about us and went off and played with the other dogs staying the night. After speaking with Bethany and how she allows her guests to make themselves at home, there was no doubt that we had the right place for our girl. The dogs get plenty of exercise out doors. When picking her up, she was happy and actually needed a nap!



We will continue to use LV Pet Nanny every time we have to board of dog.

Bethany is friendly, communicative and extremely helpful and reliable. I've never had an issue with her doing what I ask, and she often does much more than I ask! I could not be happier with her services and am happy to recommend her.

This company is amazing! Our Nanny Kaitlyn loved and cared for our two kittens just like we would have. We were gone for two long weeks and we received information and pictures daily. They know how much these pets mean to their owners and they reflect our love into their caring for our babies. My husband was very hesitant to have someone coming into our home while we were away. But was very pleased with the end result. He even had me have Nanny Kaitlyn stay extra long! Of course because such an amazing job! Will for sure use again!

I am so thankful for finding Bethany. She was so great and loving with Lacy and all the pets she was watching. She's very friendly and made us feel at ease. The best part was she sent us daily text messages with updates and pictures of Lacy. I really really appreciated that! :)

I could tell Lacy was in good hands and was enjoying her stay. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you Bethany and all the nannies that helped!
