Great company to do business with. I have personally used Tech Service 2U for everything home and business related for my IT needs. Only one time in the past 4 years have they been late and because they were I received half of my computer repair bill. FOr anything computer related,service repairs or virus removal you should contact Tech Service 2U.

My pc decides to give me problems on 12/29 so I decided to give them a call. The closest time slot was on 1/1 of all days. The time slot was from 10am-12pm. Once 2pm rolls around i decided that I should call them. Lucky for me, the person who scheduled my appointment, never logged it so I was screwed. They couldn't come that day so they told me "first thing in the morning (7am according to the lady on the phone). At 8am, I get a call stating that the service guy has a flat and will be late... If the guy was supposed to be here at 7, wouldn't he leave early and plan on getting here at 7? So, if he did get a flat, why wasn't I notified earlier? Needless to say, I cancelled my "appointment" and was able to pay a neighbor to fix it.DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!
