Our pooch is not fully recover from vestibular diagnosis when I brought her for grooming which in the first place I told the staff to take it easy. I would NEVER recommend Tailwaggers to my friends or anybody I've known. Never again to have business with you. I am very disappointed and pissed! I feel bad for this grooming business and the staff that don't have enough knowledge of what they do. Because of your negligence this happened to our pooch.
