Do not buy anything from them!!! This company is horrible to deal with, first they give you faulty equipment and then they refuse to replace it, I got a breast pump and when i needed the most it stopped working. Costumer service is even worst, they argued with me refuse to help and then hang up on me. Stay away from this company, they will let you down when you need it the most.

Can you imagine needing refills on prescriptions, but not receiving them? How about having to call and remind them who you are and that you prepaid for medical supplies! Email after email, and phone call after phone call. It's almost like accountability and customer service are last on their priority list. If you are looking for a place to get your medical needs met...LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

I have had an amazing experience with this company. They brought papers to my house for me to sign to get my medication and the next day the medicine was at my doctors office. Great customer service and very fast all the way around. Very very happy customer here! Thank you THC of Nevada!

Has contempt for customers, lousy service. Imagine, with the audacity of medical costs, we are insulted to boot.

I am currently working with THC Of Nevada and I couldn't be more happy! They have been so friendly, accurate and prompt. I am able to contact them via phone and email without any problem. I am getting an insulin pump for my 9 year old and would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Thank you THC Of Nevada for taking care of my family. Sincerely, a happy mom

I can not reach their office to talk with someone. The first time i called music came on and i waited 19 minutes. That was in the morning, and so i tried to call them in the afternoon, and the same thing happened. I was left holding for 26 minutes. Never did i speak to anyone. Their phone system is very wrong and needs up dating. We need equipment and cannot get the help.

Had to wait 4 weeks to get into for cpap fitting........Then had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement part to arrive.....Then the results were never sent to the referring physician ............Poor response time
