We had a reservation for a non smoking room but when we got there there were none available so they upgraded us to the biggest room we've ever stayed in. The room had stairs up to the sunken bathtub and separate vanities on either side of the room, separate showers, separate toilet and bidet. HUGE! and a beautiful perfect view of the "eiffel tower" Very happy although the sheets had some hairs on them so i called to housekeeping and they came to change them immediately.

We were very glad to find out that the remodeling is do. We stayed at Bally's during the remodel and it was not a good thing, but we had enjoyed our selfs on many vacation outings before the remodel. So we are staying at Bally's once again. Just booked our room and got the great service and rates that we had come to expect from Harrahs Hotels and Casinos. Thanks Player #15001515839
