They never call you back. They are oh so eager to sign you up, and then totally ignore you. I am not a nervous Nelly that needs hand-holding, but I am surprised when they tell you 'we need to get you to see a doctor' and then don't call you for two weeks and are irritated when I call to ask what is going on. Communication between client and office is poor at best in my experience.

These people are nothing but a bunch of incompetent people. They never return calls and once they have your info and your money, you're screwed. When U finally get a hold of a live person, you are continuously transferred and transferred and transferred to people who have no knowledge of your case and you get put into an endless cycle. BEWARE... PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE COMPLAINTS BELOW. DON'T SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED.....

These people are supposed to be handling my Social security disability case. It's been a year and two months now. You never hear from an attorney, the only time I've ever heard from them was when I went to their website and griped about their service and a secretary called and tried to calm me down. Don't make the same mistake I did, find a better service. These people suck!

I was refered to this office by a friend and was very disappointed with the service. I needed them to go to court for a traffice ticket of which I had a written explanation about the incident and 2 other letters from 2 other people stating about the traffic situation that I was wrongfully ticketed for. ok so they did get me no traffic school and no points. so I will give them that , but what upset me was that I was still fined a fee of $395 for being in a "construction zone" . well at least that is what I was told from Cynthia their office person that handles traffic tickets. So it makes me think that they really didn't look at anything I gave them because there was NO constuction zone!! Then it took a few repeated phone calls just to get my information reguarding the ticket from them. When I did receive the information the paperwork said my citation charge was for "Mufflers Emissions" WHAT??!!! They have no clue what is going on with their clients! Or maybe because it was just a traffic ticket I'm just small beans to them so who cares. Right!

I hired John Shook of Shook & Stone to help me with my car accident case. We had some trouble getting some of my medical records which delayed things but overall I was very happy with the results and experience. I highly recommend Mr. Shook.

I recommend you DO NOT use this firm. I have gone MONTHS without hearing a word from these people. I had 4 people on the case, and when call the offie, ALL are busy, and never call you back. The only time you hear from them is whe they want you to do something for them. They pushed me to settle saying that I should just take the money and get my injuries fixed on my own, then when I agreed to settle I have hard absolutely NOTHING from the office. I had surgery Oct and they never even called to check on me, their client. They talk down to you and make you doubt your own decisions. Avoid it all people!

Do not go to them with ANY CASE unless you want to lose. Every single time you call you have to explain yourself all over again. You have to call 10-15 times just to get them to call you back. The "attorney" if that's what you can call her only met with us for an hour the week before our trial and at the trial sat there like a bump on a log hardly said 10 words through out the whole thing. She handed the judge our records at the hearing!!! He should have had these all along as we coninually for over a year kept them informed every time my husband saw a new doctor. I went to SHOOK N STONE for help with my disability claim, i had a hearing on Nov 30,2009 2:00PM. i was represented by DIANE HARR she is a attorney that i would like to have in my corner anytime i have to go to court. Even though the economy is bad and i'm down on my luck , she didn't care how i looked she continued to give me hope and even though my case is still pending she made me feel good about a bad situation i'm going threw in life.
