Never. Again. I've heard good things about Scrappy's but, ain't seeing none of it! After ordering through them three separate times, I will never go back. Prices are high, quality is low and customer service is close to non-existent. They short you on parts and then don't bother to tell you unless you call them to inquire. I highly recommend staying away from this scoot shop. There are plenty of them out there that will give you better prices, quality and, among all - service. Scrappy's may have once been THE place to go but, now it's the place to STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM.

What a privilege to be able to buy direct from the same wholesale warehouse that all the dealers in town buy from, then make 'em up for retail. ScrappyDog rocks!
