      Very helpful and polite

      I had been calling around town all morning just looking for a DLP lamp, the quotes I got from the few stores that had it included a forced visit to my house by one of their repair techs and the price was in the mid $400's for a $200 lamp.



      When I called Discount Tv Repair the gentleman on the phone was able to identify that they had the part I needed in under a minute since I had the model # of my TV as well as part #, from partstore.com, and he told me not only that he had it in stock but that he would mount it in my TV's existing housing for no charge as long as I brough the housing to him, and the price for the part was only $200.



      I will definately use them for all my TV repair needs in the future.
