The rental agreement for this community is merely for show. I have tried no less than 4 times, over a 4 month period, to get the property management to hold tennants to the "peaceful enjoyment" clause in the terms and conditions, and yet I still have neighbors that insist on using thier surround sound sub-woofer to knock pictures from my wall. Phone calls to management yeild results from "I can't understand you" to "They (the noisy neighbors) said that they would "try" to keep the noise down." For over $1000.00 a month I would think that better customer serice would be earned. I am currently seeking legal consult to be released from my lease and recomend to all that you avoid any Oakwood Property Management residence at all costs.
